While recreational cannabis remains illegal in the UK, medical cannabis products were legalised in late 2018. Following its first full year of use by British patients, a new study suggests that the market for legal cannabis in the UK could boom by billions of pounds in the next few years.

01

In the US, recreational marijuana is legal in nine states, while medical marijuana is legal in 30 cashing in on the fact 76% of North Americans would try legal cannabis therapeutic products.

02

The market for cannabis in North America is projected to boom to $37.9 billion by 2024, according to a cannabis-focused strategy and research consultancy.

It is predicted that all 50 US states will legalise recreational cannabis soon, due to the economic success of its introduction so far.

Installing Hygieia Eir devices into existing heating and ventilation (HVAC) units helps to meet and pass rigorous government legislation regarding odour abatement and microbial testing requirements.

04

Hygieia Eir bipolar ionization technology also eliminates noxious odours and reduces growth of botrytis (bud rot), mildew and other moulds that cause low or failed harvest.

05

Growers can vanquish both odour and mould spores by installing Hygieia Eir bipolar ionization units, saving thousands over traditional direct spray methanol - scented vapour devices or carbon filters placed into duct systems. These are expensive to maintain and fall short in the high humidity necessary to successfully grow cannabis.

Case Study 2

Legal cannabis market of UK could pass £2 billion mark by the end of 2024

Hygieiea Eir Technology solves growing cannabis problems: Odour, mould, mildew, bud rot and diseases.

Medical cannabis growers have installed devices into their existing heating and ventilation (HVAC) units to meet and pass rigorous government legislation regarding odour abatement and microbial testing requirements.

Growers can vanquish both the odour and mould spores by installing bipolar ionization units, saving thousands over traditional direct spray methanol - scented vapour devices or carbon filters placed into duct systems.

These are expensive to maintain and fall short in the high humidity necessary to successfully grow crops.

Bipolar ionization devices are far more effective and about 30% less expensive. What’s more, the technology also eliminates noxious odours and reduces growth of botrytis (bud rot), mildew and other moulds that cause low or failed harvest.
